As you may or may not already know, NM CAFe is in the search for CAFe’s next Executive Director. Brenda Martinez, who has served as our interim previously and now over the last 4 months, has done an amazing job guiding us through our transition.
Brenda will also be transitioning out of NM CAFe to spend more time with her family, and although we are sad to see her go, she is deserving of rest and will be helping see us through for our next Executive Director.
NM CAFe is eternally grateful for Brenda as she was a former leader, board member, and staff member. Through her last 5 years with the organization, she has helped us immensely improve our internal processes and keep our team and organization running. Brenda has really done a lot for this organization and our staff. We truly appreciate her and everything she did for us on a day to day basis. There is no one that has come close to what she has been able to accomplish through her time here at NM CAFe.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to staff, partners, funders, leaders and our board of directors for your support, guidance and friendship throughout my incredible 5 years at NM CAFe, it has been an amazing journey. We’ve shared countless memories, achievements, and challenges that I will cherish forever. NM CAFe has been my safe space in countless ways.
I am proud of what we’ve accomplished together and I’m confident that the team will continue to thrive under Catalina’s leadership and whoever comes after her.” -Brenda Martinez
