A basic introduction to organizing for leaders and clergy in South West/Mountain West federations, with a focus on NM CAFE in New Mexico and Corazon in Arizona. This training will give leaders a strong orientation and grounding in people and power-based organizing while also gaining clarity on their self interest, preparing them to engage in 1:1 meetings in their communities and activate leaders into campaign trajectory.
